The Kloof Street site is one of Workshop17's biggest Cape Town footprints — coworking floors run across two buildings linked by a shared courtyard, plus a café, meeting rooms and an event venue. Membership tiers run from On the Road at R2,145/month (60 hours) up through Your Own Boss at R2,960/month (full access) and Adventurer at R3,985/month, all ex VAT. Adventurer adds reciprocal access to every Workshop17 location nationwide. You also get 20% off meeting rooms and access to the W17 online member helpdesk. Operating hours are 7am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Honest trade-offs: Workshop17 doesn't advertise a day pass at this site — it's a monthly-membership product, not a drop-in spot. The 7am-5pm weekday-only window also rules out evening or weekend deep-work sessions unless you arrange access in advance.
